What a wild Holiday week we had here with the Green Wave. We finished the 2019 year poised and ready to take on 2020.
JV has been progressing under the leadership of Coach Drake, continually learning our concepts and Green Wave way. Although we may not have a victory on the score board yet this season at JV, we are winning the growth of the next splash of Green Wave players.
Varsity finished the 2019 year with a hard fought victory over Southwick. Head into 2020 with a 3-1 record with 16 goals for and 7 goals against. Team leadership and emotions are running high as we head into a new decade.
This decade will bring more exciting hockey to the Collins-Moylan Arena and beyond. We sit back and relax for the next couple of days before we embark upon a very busy month of January. With 14 more points needed to clinch a tournament berth, we have a lot of work to do.
Senior Night will be held on Saturday, February 1st at 6:30pm as Chicopee Comp comes to take on your Green Wave.
