With another week wrapped up for both Varsity and JV, we wanted to make sure everyone remembers the important things…
Family, Teammates, and a Coaching Staff. Every student/athlete needs to remember what each and every one of us do for each other. Not only when it is holiday season, but each and every day. We all seem to think about one another more at this time of year, and we need to appreciate the times…
I remember being a student/athlete and what it meant to suit up everyday and play the greatest sport in the world. There wasn’t anywhere else I wanted to be. Getting ready and playing this sport with those teammates and coaches…thank you to each and everyone I played with and competed against in my career as a player and as a coach.
Student/athletes just remember the sacrifices your families have made for you to enjoy a game you love to play.
Don’t forget to say thank you every so often…it will be appreciated.
With a couple of tough games played by the JV squad, we haven’t gotten our first W yet, but are so close. Progress each and everyday. Keep working harder than anyone else.
Varsity picked up our first W with that 2-1 victory over Drury. Now we need to push harder and harder to continue with the season we want to have.
