Grab your buckets people…it’s time to go to work!
Here we go, we are into the very busy month of January for the Green Wave Varsity and JV teams. JV plays 7 games this month, kicking it off with 2 great dubs…beating Southwick 5-1 and then beating a strong Longmeadow team 3-2. All the hard work and learning are starting to pay off for the JV team.
Varsity plays a whopping 12 games in the month of January. That’s a game every 2.5 days during this month. Varsity kicked it off with a 6-2 victory over the 2 time defending Western MA champions from Easthampton. The Varsity has now picked up 8 points over the first 5 games of the season.
As we prepare for this month, Remember to hydrate often and eat properly. Lots of rest and make sure to study for finals.
Come out and support the JV team as we host Southwick in a rare home game at Collins-Moylan Arena on Thursday at 4pm.
Varsity is on the road twice this week. Wednesday @ Drury and Saturday @ Assabet Valley!
